The Company operates a policy of free and fair-trade competition in accordance with the legal framework in the country in which the Company operates the business to cope with the treatment of business partners as the rules for the benefit of partners, customers including all groups of stakeholders for the sustainability of all parties. In order to be consistent and in the same direction as the business operation reflecting the intention to develop businesses that are concerned with the environment, society, good corporate governance and covering all groups of stakeholders, apart from the Business Code and Corporate Governance Policy, the Company has clearly defined policies and guidelines on various matters in the Employee Code of Conduct. It is published on the Company's website http://www. rclgroup.com as well as communicated to employees to raise their awareness and acknowledge of these matters annually.

Sustainability Committee

The Nomination, Corporate Governance, and Sustainability Committee (NCGS) is an integral part of the company’s governance framework. This committee has been established to oversee and drive the company's efforts in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. As of December 31, 2023, the NCGS Committee includes three independent and non-executive directors:

  • Mrs. Arpavadee Meekun-Iam – Member
This committee is responsible for developing sustainability policies, encouraging knowledge and understanding of sustainability within the organization, and advising on the establishment of policy principles to align with sustainability development.

Our Commitment to Sustainability: Establishing the ESG Key Lead

At RCL, we believe that sustainable business practices are key to building a better future. Guided by Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, we are committed to growing responsibly while creating a positive impact on the world around us.

In 2024, we established the ESG Key Lead Taskforce, bringing together representatives from key departments across the company. This team plays a vital role in shaping and driving our ESG initiatives, ensuring sustainability remains at the core of our operations.

We held the ESG Key Lead meeting on 23 April 2025 to:
  • Review our current ESG performance
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities for each department
  • Develop action plans for ESG initiatives throughout the year
  • Foster greater awareness and engagement among all employees

The formation of the ESG Key Lead represents a pivotal advancement in our sustainability journey. It reflects our shared commitment to creating long-term value for our stakeholders, our communities, and the environment.

We are excited to move forward, strengthening our ESG practices and sharing our progress through annual sustainability reports and regular updates.

RCL Ningbo Branch has been honored as the Most Promising Shipping Company 2025 by Ningbo Port Group. In recognition of its outstanding performance in developing hinterland businesses, including the Yangtze River region, northern and southern Zhejiang, and sea-rail intermodal transport.



5.    Excellent Shipping Partner

Yiwu Port
RCL Ningbo Branch has been awarded the title of Excellent Shipping Partner in 2025. This honor is in recognition of RCL’s milestone in establishing the Yiwu Sales Office in 2025, as well as its new initiatives, including the Yiwu CCA railway service and other key projects.



Class NK (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai)
RCL vessels’ CO2 volume capture was certificated by the ClassNK (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai). To conduct the Company business with environmental responsibility, striving to adhere to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and marine pollution.
