In light of the heightened escalation of war in the Middle East and due to the volatile exceptional circumstances beyond RCL's control, RCL regrets to inform that we arecompelled to declare an End of Voyage in India for all shipments under our care and custody loaded on:

        1) Araya Bhum 02607 W

        2) Zhong Gu Shen Yang 02609 W

        3) Apollon D 02610 W

        4) Kmtc Mumbai 2602 W

A mandatory surcharge of USD 1000 per container will apply to all affected shipments,without exception, to cover extra costs.

Furthermore, all discharge-related expenses — including, but not limited to, handling,storage, and any ancillary charges — shall be for the sole account and risk of the cargo, inaccordance with the Bill of Lading Terms and Conditions.

RCL sincerely regrets the necessity of this decision, which arises from exceptionalcircumstances beyond its control.
